Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive forces (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Architect innovation pipelines across IoT, Web3, and sustainable tech verticals
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Drive cross-functional sprints to prototype future-state business models
- Present strategic foresight to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
