Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging technology integration
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Design scenarios for future workforce transformations and talent strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating previous strategic impact in technology sectors
