Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through quantitative modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs with 2026-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Planning preferred
