Responsibilities
- Lead Infrastructure Design: Architect the core system architecture for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and high availability.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing readiness, AI-driven ops) into our existing stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise security protocols, ensuring data integrity and compliance with US federal regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-scale environments.
