Key Objectives
Our goal is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem of AI agents by 2026. As an Architect, you will ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and secure against emerging quantum threats.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the deployment of agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and execution.
- Architect fault-tolerant infrastructure that meets the rigorous security standards required for 2026.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating generative models with real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithms for post-quantum cryptography.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural reviews to maintain code quality.
- Define and implement best practices for scalable machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
