Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of future products.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices for the development of next-gen systems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for long-term technical challenges.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
