Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term R&D roadmap for AI integration and quantum computing applications targeting the 2026 market.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures that leverage next-gen technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and external partners to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and emerging Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to foresee industry trends and align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
