Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance protocols
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $10M+ annual budget
- Author whitepapers on sustainable tech adoption models
- Establish partnerships with university research labs and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
