- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect cross-functional innovation initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product lifecycles
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring 2026 initiative progress and impact
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for emerging technology prototyping
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI, Web3)
- Certified Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
