Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.) into corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership content on the future of technology and its societal impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least three futuristic products/services
- Deep understanding of technology ethics, regulatory landscapes, and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in strategic innovation or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) highly valued
