Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical feasibility with market opportunities
- Produce strategic briefings and investment recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Partner with venture teams to scout and evaluate emerging technology startups
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation preferred
