Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive technological shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating industry disruption (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/MEng preferred)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
