Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop adoption frameworks and implementation plans for breakthrough innovations
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy trends and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, MS Computer Science)
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 innovation environments
