Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present futuristic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of turning futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation publications
- Experience with trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
