Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging innovations to business opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers on AI governance, quantum computing applications, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Advose executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design scenario-planning models for systemic risks and black swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership on sustainable development or digital transformation
- Proven experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or similar (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
