Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal megatrends through 2030+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable economies
- Design and execute innovation workshops with executive leadership teams to translate foresight into operational priorities
- Author influential whitepapers and trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and data analytics frameworks
- Advise on corporate venture capital investments targeting 2026-2030 innovation horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFMP)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences at Davos-scale events
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development)
