As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and C-suite executives to transform futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies. You'll leverage cutting-edge foresight methodologies to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate risks in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready reports on disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts affecting our industry through 2030
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to emerging trends
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
