As a key member of our elite FutureSights division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to translate complex signals into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investments in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 executives and R&D teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for C-suite decision-making
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives for stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of trend forecasting with documented market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar)
