Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FF or similar body)
- Experience with ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
