Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on technology convergence and societal impacts
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy, R&D, and product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in futurist consulting, corporate innovation, or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Outstanding communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and strategic transformation outcomes
