Responsibilities
- Forecast technology and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 markets through quantitative and qualitative research
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and measure organizational readiness for disruptive shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify next-generation investment opportunities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and data modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or ACIF) required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
