Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, cultural shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-shaping initiatives
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
