Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends, technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused technologies into product development
- Design and maintain horizon scanning frameworks to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic insights through compelling narratives and data visualizations to C-suite executives
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure impact on market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, futurism, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
