Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead scenario planning and futures research for product development teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Develop thought leadership content including whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic roadmaps
