- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to capture early signals of disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
