Responsibilities
- Forecast global trends (2026-2030) across technology, society, and markets to inform strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential change and black swan events
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and mentor an internal foresight think tank
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
