Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints using design thinking and futures forecasting methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience mentoring executive teams in transformational change
