Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Create adaptive strategic models for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
