Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions for long-term strategic alignment
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product development priorities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
