Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps and 5-year strategic plans for enterprise transformation
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders to align on future-state vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
