- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype exponential technology applications
- Establish innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic futures briefings at industry conferences and board meetings
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on transformational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
