Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Design strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and sustainable business models
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready products/services
- Maintain a competitive intelligence dashboard tracking emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong data analysis capabilities with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
