Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026 (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate tech breakthroughs)
- Design scenario-planning models for C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce proprietary trend reports published in partnership with MIT Technology Review
- Mentor junior strategists while building an internal foresight intelligence database
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and trend-mapping software
- Track record of advising C-suite on 3-5 year strategic pivots
- PhD in Anthropology, Sociology, or Complexity Science preferred
