Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready innovation frameworks
- Produce high-impact scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and track emerging market signals
- Curate thought leadership content and industry speaking opportunities
- Oversee the 2026 Innovation Lab budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
