Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Design innovation frameworks that integrate sustainability, ethics, and inclusivity
- Partner with marketing to translate foresight into compelling narratives for clients and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
