Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains
- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios and roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Conduct futures research using data modeling, AI forecasting, and ethnographic methods
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches, reports)
- Advise product teams on long-term innovation pipelines and emerging tech integration
- Monitor global disruptors and geopolitical shifts affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures concepts
- Experience with strategic frameworks (PESTLE, SWOT, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Ability to synthesize diverse data points into actionable insights
