Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework incorporating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify potential disruption vectors and opportunity pathways
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing product concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact projections
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of interdisciplinary specialists
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation ROI and adoption rates
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy tech)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
