Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 scenario models using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through patent analysis and academic research
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of data scientists and domain experts
- Present future outlooks to investor boards and government innovation councils
- Drive innovation sprints translating future scenarios into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or implemented strategic initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Method, Delphi Technique)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and market evolution
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
