- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal drivers
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across diverse sectors
- Produce actionable trend reports and risk assessments for 2026 market landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Present strategic vision at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for global enterprises
- Expertise in exponential technology assessment and systemic change modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at Davos, WEF, or similar forums
- Published author in foresight or strategic innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
