Responsibilities
- Assist with complex dental procedures including cosmetic treatments and implant placements
- Manage digital imaging and CAD/CAM technology systems
- Implement strict sterilization protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Coordinate patient flow and chairside assistance for multiple practitioners
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of premium dental supplies
- Train new assistants on advanced clinical protocols
- Maintain precise dental charting in Eaglesoft practice management software
Qualifications
- Current Texas Dental Assistant Radiology certification (RDA)
- Minimum 3 years experience in cosmetic/general dentistry
- Advanced proficiency in digital radiography and intraoral cameras
- CPR/BLS certification with current credentials
- Experience with CAD/CAM workflows and digital impressions
- Proven ability to manage multiple operatories efficiently
- Associates degree in Dental Assisting or equivalent certification
- Exceptional patient communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
