Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units in top-tier Orlando hospitals
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and healthcare protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- Provide specialized care in areas including ER, ICU, Telemetry, and Labor & Delivery
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state ( willing to obtain FL license)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (additional certifications per unit)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced settings
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceptional patient care
