Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical assessments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments while closely monitoring patient responses.
- Document patient history, care plans, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, HIPAA regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty setting (ICU, Med-Surg, ER, Telemetry).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS preferred for critical care roles).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new healthcare environments quickly.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
