Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and vital signs.
- Respond effectively to emergent situations and critical patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or Compact State.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
