Responsibilities
- Deliver expert patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, MedSurg)
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict infection control compliance
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Flexibility in 12-hour shift rotations
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Travel nursing experience preferred
