Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in ICU/ER settings with 12-hour shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases
- Maintain electronic health records with 100% accuracy
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Provide orientation to new staff on unit procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations
- Complete all required documentation within shift timeframe
Qualifications
- Active RN license in MN or compact state
- 2+ years ICU/ER experience (preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Flexibility for 12-hour day/night shifts
