Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with mobility
- Maintain detailed care documentation and client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Passionate about senior care with excellent communication skills
