Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls/walk-ins using evidence-based triage protocols
- Provide expert medical guidance to patients via phone and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate urgent care pathways
- Maintain precise electronic health records with critical decision documentation
- Lead emergency response protocols during critical incidents
- Mentor junior staff on advanced triage methodologies
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with 3+ years emergency/urgent care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Expertise in ESI and Manchester Triage Systems
- Exceptional clinical judgment and crisis management skills
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
