Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe home environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current North Carolina HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare or caregiver experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
