Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and organize living spaces
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer medications and follow prescribed care plans
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
