Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical specialties (ER, ICU, Telemetry, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Participate in emergency response and code blue procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing best practices and regulations
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (compact license acceptable)
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, TNCC) preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments with potential extensions
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
